Bethany opened Sukha Yoga to offer a space in Novato where people can practice yoga, experience different healing modalities and be in spiritual community. She was a practicing psychologist for over 21 years, but felt isolated in private practice. She followed her vision to open a yoga studio and healing center to create a sanctuary where students, teachers and healers can come together to uplift, inspire and support one another.

In addition to managing the studio, Bethany offers intuitive readings and healings and is the founder of the Rose School an app offering energy tools to remember your true nature. Guided mediations, self-awareness and intuitive training.
