Sukha is a yoga sanskrit term that means ease, happiness, bliss and good space.  It is our mission to create a community that fosters these qualities through offerings of yoga, workshops, spiritual wellness classes and private healing sessions/energy work. We welcome all yogis, from those new to yoga looking to improve flexibility and health to those advanced practitioners wanting to deepen their physical and spiritual practice.

We are located near the downtown area of Novato, within walking distance to Whole Foods and the Grant Avenue shopping district.

We have a large studio space with high ceilings and gorgeous views. Restrooms include changing areas and showers. There is easy parking in front of the building, on the street or in the extra lot at 1030 Railroad. Complimentary tea and a seating area to chat with your yoga friends.

We offer a variety of yoga styles from Basics (Beginner), Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative.  Various intuitive and energy healers provide private readings, healing and group workshops.
