Becky first found yoga over 20 years ago whilst working in the tech world. The change of pace, focussing on breath and movement in class, provided a much needed calm and focused space to just be.

Now a 200 hour RYA certified yoga teacher, Rebecca offers fun practices focussing on alignment, safe modifications and brings elements of Dharma to each class.

Rebecca gained her qualification from Nest Yoga, Oakland where she was taught by renowned teachers such as Richard Rosen, Annie Carpinter, Leslie Howard and Margi Young.
Rebecca continues to further her practice and knowledge with her yoga teacher Jo Lewzey.

When not on her mat, Becky can be found surfing, gardening or with her nose buried in a book.
